The Human Services Council has just released their newest report, “Improving Contracting between Human Services and Health Care Organizations: Recommendations from a Cross-Sector Collaborative”. The report states that ‘Community Based Organizations (CBOs) play a crucial role in addressing health-related social needs and many are prepared to engage in VBP arrangements that improve community health for all New Yorkers.’ As a contributor to this report and a long-time collaborator with Health Care Organizations in New York City, AAFSC is leveraging our position to improve health outcomes for vulnerable New Yorkers.
