Long-time AAFSC participant and young opera singer Sam Dhobhany was recently featured in a BRIC TV short documentary that highlights his musical journey and what inspires him most. The feature is part of BRIC TV’s special BK Stories video series.
“Meet Sam Dhobhany, a young opera singer who grew up in Cobble Hill and Red Hook, Brooklyn. He is the son of immigrants from Yemen. Since he was 16 years old, he has won three important competitions for young singers.”
Sam now studies at the University of Cincinnati College, Conservatory of Music. We are so proud of his accomplishments!
